Tekku

Tekku is a builder’s workshop for kids 8 to 14. A child arrives with an idea, a dog treat counter, a soundboard, a story generator, and works alongside an AI to plan it, code it, test it, and ship it to a real link they can text to grandma. It is not watching tutorials and it is not just chatting. It is making a real thing and sending it out into the world, often before bedtime. The AI runs as a glass box: it thinks out loud, shows every step, asks the kid to steer, and nudges without ever handing over the answer, so the child is always driving and picking up real concepts along the way.

Safety is the foundation, not a footnote. Tekku runs a kid-tuned model with strict content filters, no open internet during sessions, a parent dashboard that shows every AI conversation, and a design built COPPA-first with clear parent rights to export, pause, or delete. The belief underneath it is simple: the next generation will not just use AI, they will build with it, and the kids who learn early to plan, build, test, and ship gain something bigger than coding. They gain agency, the quiet confidence that says I can make that.
